Lilou Convert Osteopathy requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy:

Packages of multiple appointments are not exchangeable or refundable.

No-shows may result in a fee, and future appointments may require prepayment.
